Well, well. Democrats are finally appreciating Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the unitary executive. Were referring to Joe Bidens day one dismissal of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) director Kathy Kraninger and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) general counsel Peter Robb.
